When you purchase from Rhose Garden LLC, you are agreeing to our policies and processing times.
Please double check and make sure that all of the information you entered is correct. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address or returned to us. If your item is returned to us because of the information being incorrect, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
How long will shipping take?
-DUE TO COVID-19, processing time is currently 4-7 business days plus (+) the USPS shipping time after the package has been dropped off.
Processing time is the amount of time it takes me to hand-make your products with love and care. PROCESSING TIME IS NOT SHIPPING TIME. The shipping time that USPS has does not include our processing time at Rhose Garden LLC.
Once you receive your tracking number, that means that we've handed your package off to USPS with love and care so for any information regarding tracking and shipping AFTER we've sent your tracking number, CONTACT USPS!
How can we contact customer service?

Our team's customer service emails are answered between Monday-Thursday. We do not work on weekends or holidays.
Please contact us ONLY through email. Our Instagram DM's are not the ideal place to contact us for inquiries and problem solving. Your message may be overlooked by social media management as we have an email to address/resolve any order related issues.
My order tracking says DELIVERED but it's not here, why?
-If this situation ever occurs, contact your local post office with your tracking information. Rhose Garden takes pride in carefully packaging your orders with lots of love and care, we always make sure that your order is packed well and is perfect before the post office picks it up, however, after they are in the care of USPS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

Refund policy:
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS.
Return Policy:
-All sales are final, no returns or exchanges ON ANY ORDERS, due the personal nature of our products and how it's made. We do not want to put anyone at risk for any reason.
Order cancellation Policy:
-Once your order is placed, you have twenty-four (24) hours to cancel your order. Any requests to cancel orders after TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS will be denied.
WHEN YOU ORDER FROM RHOSE GARDEN LLC, YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR POLICIES.
ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER 24 HOURS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER.
